Elmhurst Business Park is situated just outside Lichfield in the small village of Elmhurst.  As it is a quiet rural area we have lots of outdoor space allowing ample free parking and even an outside seating area which tenants are welcome to use during the warmer months.

Here at Elmhurst Business Park, we have a total of 33 offices/units.  8 of these are within our managed office block and the rest are totally private and self contained.  We have our own dedicated fibre line allowing each office a minimum of 32mb of broadband.  All offices are fitted with storage heaters.  We have ample free parking onsite with each office having access to at least 1 parking space located near to the office and we have additional parking available in our visitors car park.  The business park has a security gate which remains open during core office hours and then closed at other times – each tenant will be given a key fob to allow access as required.
