General Office Information.

Here at Elmhurst Business Park, we have a total of 33 offices / units.  8 of these are within our managed block and the rest are totally private and self contained.  All offices are fitted with electric storage heaters and have a minimum of 32mb of uncontested broadband through our dedicated fibre line.  We have ample free car parking onsite with each office having access to at least 1 space located near their office and we have additional parking available in our visitors car park.  The business park has a security gate which remains open during core office hours and then automatically closed at all other times, each tenant is given a key fob to allow access through the gate as required.

Managed Offices.

Within the managed block we have 8 individual offices, all with their own lockable door leading from the communal corridor.  The offices are decorated neutrally and have trunking to the perimeter of the room to house all electric, phone and network points. All offices are initially accessed via our main shared entrance which is locked at all times.  Tenants are issued with a key to this door but there is also a door entry system operational from this point which allows visitors to contact the relevant business and the tenant can then open this door from their office.  There is a shared reception / waiting area with some chairs and female, male and accessible toilets.  There is also a shared kitchen where each tenant can put their own fridge and space for them to add other equipment such as kettles and toasters.  All shared areas are cleaned and maintained by us.  These offices vary in size with the smallest being around 150Sqft and the largest at 900 Sqft.

Individual Offices.

Each of these offices has its own front door and external locked post box.  The offices have a main office area as well as a kitchen which is fitted with a sink, cupboards, work surface and space to put a fridge.  Each office has its own accessible bathroom (the larger offices have additional toilets).  The offices are decorated neutrally and have trunking to the perimeter of the room to house all electric, phone and network points.  The offices we have vary in size with the smallest being around 300sqft and the largest over 900Sqft.  We also have a few units that are more suited to heavier industry at around 2000Sqft.
