Elmhurst Business Park is based in the small rural village of Elmhurst, which is just minutes from Lichfield.  Working from here gives the benefit of being in a quiet rural location whilst also having great links to major road networks.

Here at Elmhurst Business Park, we have a total of 33 offices/units.  8 of these are within our managed office block and the rest are totally private and self contained.  We have our own dedicated fibre line allowing each office a minimum of 32mb of broadband.  All offices are fitted with storage heaters.  We have ample free parking onsite with each office having access to at least 1 parking spaces located near to the office and we have additional parking available in our visitors car park.  The business park has a security gate which remains open during core office hours and then closed at other times – each tenant will be given a key fob to allow access as required.

We have an outdoor seating area which gives ample space for tenants wanting to use this area for meetings during the warmer months or even just getting away from their desks to enjoy a break.
